The fells never look the same
 two days together.  Consequently  there is
 always something new to excite anyone who
 cares to gaze at them.  When on holiday, it's hard
 to leave them behind so why not take a painting
or a print home with you?

Here are some of those special moments.  

We do have clear blue skies sometimes,
but usually there are clouds which give the
  lakes a magical atmosphere with
 reflections and pools of light.

I sat in the 'Dress Circle' to sketch Napes Needle.
The dress circle is a tiny balcony affording an
excellent view of the climbers on the Needle.
